1. Customized Embroidery & Fashion Orders

At AMF Brand, all our bridal collection, semi-bridal wear, and custom embroidery designs are carefully crafted to order according to specific customer measurements and design parameters. Due to the highly customized nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has commenced or the item has been shipped.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders for custom stitching or embroidery can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the design drafting or material cutting process has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or email.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or with stitching defects that deviate from the design specifications ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide the following:

  • Order number and design name.
  • Clear photos or video showing the damage/defect.
  • Description of the issues found.

If the defect is verified, we will arrange for a free repair, alteration, or replacement of the affected design.
